Why it matters
The program begins from a decontamination-first logic. Desalination is activated only when technically justified by feedwater and mission context. The system is built as interoperable modules, making it suitable for hospitals, emergency settings, ports, islands, agriculture, municipal reuse and damaged infrastructure.
