WineTrack as a bottle-to-consumer trust layer
WineTrack is a traceability architecture for wine provenance. It links vineyard, producer, vintage, lot, bottle, storage, shipment and commercial events into a digital record that can be inspected by operators and simplified for consumers through QR access.
The system is designed for producers who need brand protection, distributors who need supply-chain clarity, luxury retailers who need authentication, and consumers who want a readable story supported by structured evidence.
Record model
- Producer identity, estate, vineyard, appellation and certification fields.
- Vintage, grape variety, fermentation notes, bottling date, lot code and bottle serial logic.
- Packaging, pallet, shipment, warehouse, importer and retailer events.
- Temperature or storage notes when sensors or logistics partners provide them.
- QR page with consumer-facing product story, authenticity signal and provenance timeline.
- Operator dashboard for append-only event updates, audit review and anomaly detection.
Blockchain structure
The ledger pattern follows a simple lifecycle: create the product identity, append events as the bottle moves through the chain, and preserve final consumer verification. Public pages expose selected information, while operational systems can preserve private evidence and permissioned data for producers and distributors.
AI can support WineTrack by detecting inconsistent dates, improbable routes, duplicate lot identifiers, suspicious warehouse transitions or pricing anomalies. The objective is not speculation; it is product integrity.
Connection with Enochan and ItalTrack
WineTrack can operate as the provenance layer behind Enochan and as a specialized vertical of ItalTrack. Enochan provides premium storytelling and guided tasting; WineTrack provides structured product evidence; ItalTrack generalizes the architecture to food, medicine and Made in Italy supply chains.
