Why olive oil needs careful traceability
Olive oil is a high-value food product where harvesting, squeezing, storage, bottling and distribution directly affect taste, color, quality and consumer safety. A weak record can hide defects or make fraud difficult to discover.
Trace every bottle
The olive-oil material states the objective clearly: trace every single bottle of wine and oil from birth to consumption, with certain data shared under controlled access and read by a dedicated app or barcode/QR flow. For Robotics, that becomes an olive-oil ledger where each lot carries provenance, quality and custody evidence.
Production controls
The producer module can hold company data, production type, owned plants, purchased olives, third-party bottling, ecological choices, waste separation, CO2 control, alternative energy, harvesting method, extraction method, GPS coordinates and visitor/direct-sale options.
Safety response
If a problem appears in a lot, the ledger can help determine how, where and why it was born, so the producer can intervene quickly instead of treating the entire production as suspect.
