Honey requires a dedicated data model
Honey traceability cannot be a generic product table. The HoneyDb material models company identity, company address, users, honey types, languages, honey samples, measure units, pack types and certifications.
Producer attributes
The company layer can include owned land, rented land, honey purchase, proprietary laboratory, nomadic breeding, biological breeding, permanent breeding, sustainable breeding, visitors, appointments and direct sale.
Sample-level evidence
Honey samples can record name, quantity, unit, pack type, place of collection, biological or dynamic breeding origin, laboratory analysis, DOP/IGP status and extraction method. This is exactly the type of structured evidence that benefits from a tamper-evident ledger.
Consumer-facing meaning
A QR view can explain origin, batch, claimed properties and certifications. Producers gain stronger proof for authentic work; buyers gain a readable history instead of opaque claims.
