3rdEye is a generic environmental sensor able to work alongside with robotics and automated systems.
By positioning this sensor in a more strategic or higher location than the automation systems in action, we will be able to provide not only generic data of the localized robots such as spatial coordinates, climatic situation, obstacles out of sight but also to provide: forecasts on the performance of the systems continuity of operations in the event of a breakdown of the on-board systems.
Such sensors must be able to power themselves and communicate with other sensors (smart mesh architecture).
